Acne No More Review – How I Cured My Acne

Acne No More Review – How I Cured My Acne

This article is devoted to all the people that suffer from acne. It’s a big problem that is disturbing many people not only physically, but also mentally. I was one of those people, but I searched hard to find a way to beat this problem. That’s why I wrote this quick Acne No More review – to show the acne sufferers that there are good programs that can beat this evil called acne!

Basically all you need to know about this book – Acne no more, is that it’s written by a former acne sufferer. His name is Mike Walden. The fact that he managed to cure its acne with the methods that he describes in the book is very positive and promising.

Now I’ll tell you why I chose exactly this book – there are so many programs that claim that will cure the acne permanently. I chose this one, because I was tired of trying every single cream or lotion that show up on the market. I decided to search something that will cure the acne by natural treatment.

Then I saw this book and I searched for Acne no more review, so after I read it I was convinced to try it! The thing that convinced me was the main idea in the book. It says that the acne is not a problem of the skin, so you don’t have to treat the skin, if you want to cure the acne. It’s a problem that comes from the inside of the body and if you want to cure it, you need to tread the body! Or with one sentence – it’s all about the way you eat!

So, if you want to cure you acne, you just have to be careful what you eat – it’s basically eating more from the good stuff and less from the bad!

I have to say that my acne was cured for 3 months. So, if you strictly follow the guidelines of Acne No More, I guarantee you that you’ll find the success very quickly!…

Body Acne Treatments That Really Work

Body Acne Treatments That Really Work

Have you noticed that you have pimples not just on your face but also on some other areas of your body? Body acne is very common. You may see it on your back, on your chest and shoulders, and in some rare cases, on your bottom. You can point a finger at your genes or your lifestyle but there’s still hope.

Your skin may get irritated by the material of your clothes. It is suggested to buy clothes that are made of cotton. Sometimes sweat and dirt can contribute to skin problems as well. Change your clothes after you have gone out.

Listed below is a guide to body acne treatments and what you can do to effectively cure it:

1. If you have a light case of acne on your body, you can use a skin care product that contains 10% of alpha hydroxyl acid on the affected area.

2. For more troubled skin, you may apply a cream with a low concentration of benzoyl peroxide that dries up the skin and eliminates bacteria; or a skin care product that has salicylic acid, which unclogs skin pores, to your body acne. Just a thought, benzoyl peroxide can bleach your clothes when it comes in contact with the medication. Do not mix the two ingredients; just use a product that contains only one of the ingredients. It may be too powerful and having acne mostly means your skin is very sensitive. Practice proper precautions when using certain products. Not all products or medication react the same way on others as it will on you.

3. If you see acne scars, you can try applying a skin product called Accutane.

4. Better yet, consult a specialist or a dermatologist to better assist you in finding the perfect treatment for you.

5. You will also be prescribed oral antibiotics if your case is very severe. Accutane is said to be very effective.

6. Take a bath or shower after a hard day’s work. Too much sweat will aggravate breakouts even on your body.

7. Wear clothes that aren’t too tight. Avoid spandex materials and use clothes that let your skin breathe.

8. You should try to check your body wash and lotion’s components. You can be allergic to some of its ingredients.

9. Avoid touching your blemishes. Do not try to play doctor by squeezing your pimples or by self medicating. Not all products that worked for others may have the same effect on you. So, check with a good dermatologist if a certain product is right for you and your skin condition. Never attempt to put matters into your own hands; it may only worsen the facial problem you already have.

10. You can try and apply lemon juice to the specific area on your body where there is a breakout. Repeat as necessary and rinse well.

11. To help you remove and flush out the toxins in your body and on your skin, you may also try rosemary and green tea oil or essences.

12. Apply apple cider vinegar with a piece of cotton to dry your skin and eradicate your skin’s acne. It has antibacterial properties that help soothe and minimize your zits.…

You can use the best anti-aging creams, but it won’t solve your constant breakouts. There are many things that can cause pimples to surface. With just a few methods you could end your skin problem.

Causes of acne breakouts

Many may not know this but sweating is just one of the causes of breakouts, says , but sweating does not necessarily mean you will get acne. When you sweat your pores tend to clog up, bacteria builds and there goes the nasty pimples. The sweat can worsen with those who have preexisting acne. Washing your face will keep it clean but it won’t stop the bumps from occurring. To prevent acne or to slow down the breakouts, use a deep facial cleanser.

Stress can make acne worse says Lisa A. Garner, MD, FAAD, a clinical professor of dermatology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. “If you already have acne and you happen to get in a stressful situation, your acne really flares up.” So, in other words stress won’t set off a new case of acne, but will make it more serious if you have this skin disorder.

Sometimes PMS has something to do with breakouts. Hormones go crazy during your cycle and make you crave chocolate, causes cramps, bloating, mood swings and occasional acne problems. Keep you an acne face wash to keep skin clear and eliminate them.

In addition, heredity is another reason for bad skin, but there are acne treatments out there for all types of facial acne. Inflammation is just one culprit to your skin problems, if you’ve tried everything, then you might need to see your dermatologist to decide what process is needed to clear your skin.

If you suffer from forehead acne it could be your hair. Your hair has lots of oils and moisture in it. Wearing a hair bang will add oil to your forehead; clog pores and can cause pimples. Try changing your hairstyles every so often.

Dirty pillowcases contain saliva that is full of bacteria. When you lay your face on it, it gets on the skin and causes bacteria to grow onto the skin. So, if you drool a lot, change your pillowcases every day.

And last but not least, make-up will worsen acne by clogging pores and causing more acne breakouts. Most make-up contain excess oil, which clogs pores and create even more skin problems according to . It is important to use a foundation formulated without using comedogenic ingredients. These oil-free foundations can be use without causing more acne to erupt.

Acne Home Remedies

Acne Home Remedies

Did you know that several acne home remedies are available for those suffering from the skin condition? Research indicates that more than four-out-of-five teens will experience acne sometime during their adolescent years. What do we know about acne? Typically an excess of oil exists on the skin prior to acne’s formation there. However, experts aren’t entirely certain about the link between the excess oil (or “seborrhoea”) and acne. The good news is that you don’t need to spend a small fortune to treat acne. Here are some effective home remedies that you could try:

1. Mint

Whenever possible, use peppermint rather than spearmint. That’s because the former contains menthol. However, if it’s not available then you could certainly substitute another type of mint. Here’s how to use the mint. Crush a handful of mint completely, and then rub the leaves and juice of the herb, onto the acne-affected skin. Let the mint sit there for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse with cold water. The menthol in peppermint in particularly effective in battling acne, as it naturally treats inflammation and pain.

2. Lemon Juice and Rose Water

This is yet another of the effective acne home remedies. Here’s how to use it. First mix equal portions of rose water and lemon juice. Then apply the mixture directly onto your skin. After 15-30 minutes, rinse your skin. Both lemon juice and rose petals contain antibacterial characteristics.

3. Aloe Vera

This is yet another effective acne remedy that you can prepare in your home. Did you know that hundreds of aloe plant varieties grow throughout the world? However, aloe vera is the most effective of the acne remedies. It’s the gel created from the aloe vera plant that creates a soothing and cooling effect on acne. After removing the skin from the aloe vera plant, use cold water to rinse the gel. Apply a portion of the gel directly onto your skin, while avoiding contact with your eyes. If you keep the gel in an airtight container, you can use it for roughly a weekly.

4. Oatmeal

It turns out that oatmeal is useful for more than food. You can also use it as one of the various acne remedies available. Here’s how to use it. Cook one serving of plain oatmeal. After adding roughly a forth of a cup of honey, blend the mixture completely. When it has cooled, apply it to the face while not letting it contact the eye. Allow the mixture to sit on your face for 10-20 minutes. The oatmeal helps to absorb excess oil on your skin, while the honey serves as a natural moisturizer.

5. Nettle Tea

After removing leaves from the nettle plant, discard the stems. Next, pour boiling water atop the leaves and let them sit for five minutes. Add lemon or honey to the tea. The leaves of the nettle plant are anti-inflammatory.

These are some of the most effective acne home remedies available. They’re inexpensive, organic, and most importantly-effective. Healthy skin doesn’t have to come from pricey prescription medications!…

Are You An Extremist With Your Health?

Before you answer the question, let’s look at what the meaning of an extremist is. An extremist is one that goes to extreme measures and many times is used in association with politics. However, this word can also be used in everyday life, such as someone who is harsh, unreasonable, radical and excessive in not only their thinking but in their lifestyle.
Now that you know the meaning, would you consider yourself an extremist?
Believe it or not many folks are and don’t realize it. For example, there are individuals that will only eat or allow organic items into their home. Now I’m not saying that organic foods and items are wrong but an extremist will go beyond what is practical. They will go far beyond their comfort zone to live in this fashion. One thing I have noticed, because I am a people watcher and one that enjoys analyzing people and situations, is that these folks, especially the ones who take their diet, and eating habits to an extreme are – unhappy.
Let me say that again. The folks that are supposedly going to the extreme with their diets, their food choices, their cleaning products and clothing choices are unhappy. Why is that? Isn’t happiness what you are ultimately trying to achieve? Optimum health and happiness? Perhaps they are concentrating so hard on living a particular lifestyle that they forget how to live and simply have fun.
An extremist will go to unreasonable and radical lengths. They will go the extra mile for what they believe in. Which makes me wonder why they look unhappy. They exercise, eat organic meals, wear organic clothing, clean with environmentally safe products, use organic soap for bathing, yet they are unhappy. Of course I am not saying that everyone who lives this way is unhappy but the ones I have seen and I have seen many are not happy.
Perhaps because they are extremists in their way of thinking and living and refuse to allow moderation. A pragmatist is the complete opposite of an extremist. A pragmatist is realistic, sensible and understands the meaning of moderation. Are they interested in their health? Of course! However, they also want to enjoy life and believe that treating themselves to a piece of cheesecake every now and then won’t kill them. Notice the word ‘treat’? It’s okay to ‘treat’ yourself without feeling guilty.
That is what moderation is all about. In this crazy world you live in, it makes sense to be a pragmatist or you will go insane! Making healthy choices when it comes to the foods you eat, the activity you engage in and your entire environment should be something you truly enjoy. Some folks enjoy the organic living but many seem like they are trying too hard. Again, the choice is ultimately yours.
Are you an extremist or a pragmatist? Will you avoid food because it doesn’t come from a ‘health food store’?A Do you beat yourself up because you broke down and drank a milkshake? Do you find yourself reprimanding your partner or children because they not eating the proper foods? These are questions you must ask yourself and only you know the answers.
You know it is important to make healthy choices when it comes to your overall health. However, eating natural, healthy foods is only part of the equation. Engaging in physical activity is necessary for your body, to function at its optimum level. However, your mind is also an important factor that many tend to leave out. Living with a positive mental attitude is also part of your overall health. What good is eating the healthiest and natural foods if you are unhappy and miserable?
Waking up each morning with a sense of gratitude and thankfulness will help to create that positive mental attitude. Looking in the mirror and truly loving the person that is looking back at you is far more important than what you put into your body. When you love yourself and love the life you have it will emanate from every pore of your being. When you take responsibility for your own choices, you will be happier and also learn to make the decisions that are right for you.
So, the question is are you an extremist or a pragmatist? Are you happy with who you are? It’s never too late to make changes in your life as long as you don’t go to extreme levels and expect immediate changes, because then you will be right where you started.A Start implementing moderation into your life and watch it all change for the better.…
